GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR AWARD OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES Pending before the court is the Defendant’s motion for award of attorneys’ fees (docket entry #17). Having considered the Defendant’s motion, the Plaintiffs’ response (docket entry #18), the Defendant’s reply (docket entry #19) and the Defendant’s supplemental affidavit (docket entry #21), the court is of the opinion that the Defendant’s motion for attorneys’ fees should be granted.
