OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE Sandisk and STM have filed Motions for Summary Judgments on the issue of whe ther Toshibia’s License Agreement with STM insulates Sandisk from STM’s infringement claims as to the ‘626 and ‘184 patents. (Dockets No. 289 and 347). Facts The effective date of the cross Licensing Agreement is March 9, 1998.
