Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Enforce Settlement. Dkt. No. 57. In its Motion Plaintiff seeks the Court’s assistance to enfor ce a settlement agreement with Defendant Foshan Zhengze Model Technology Co., Ltd.
