Before the Court is Defendant Amazon.com Services, LLC’s (“Amazon”) Motion to Transfer. Dkt. No. 66. The motion is fully briefed. See Dkt. Nos. 70, 72, 73. In the Motion, Amazon seeks transfer to the Northern District of California (“NDCA”) for convenience . Dkt. No. 66 at 1. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the Motion. I. LEGAL STANDARD A federal district court may transfer a case “for the convenience of parties and witnesses” to “any other district or division where it might have been brought.” 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
