Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2) and/or 12(b)(7) (the “Motion”) filed by Defendant TCL Technology Group Corporation (“TCL Technology”) . (Dkt. No. 22.)
