B efore the Court is Defendant SRS Distribution Inc.’s (“Defendant”) Opposed Motion to Stay (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 12.) In the Motion, Defendant requests the Court to stay the case pending resolution of an action filed by Plaintiffs Stormseal USA LLC and System Stormseal PTY LTD. (collectively, “ Plaintiffs” and collectively with Defendant, the “Parties”) in the Southern District of Florida. (Id. at 1.) For the following reasons, the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. 1 I. BACKGROUND A.
