Before the Court are (1) Defendants/Intervenors’ Motion for Leave to File Motion to Compel Deposition of Properly Prepared 30(b)(6) Designee (Dkt. No. 96, the “Motion for Leave”), and (2) Defendants/Intervenors’ Motion to Compel Deposition of Properly Prepared 30(b)(6) Designee (Dkt. No. 97, the “MTC ”), both of which were filed by Defendants T-Mobile US, Inc. and T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T -Mobile” or “Defendants”) and Intervenors Nokia of America Corporation and Ericsson Inc. ( collectively, “Intervenors”).
