Before the Court is Plaintiff CogniPower LLC’s (“CogniPower”) Motion for Leave to Amend Infringement Contentions (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 58.) Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively, “Samsung”) oppose the Motion. (See generally Dkt. No. 65.)
