Before the Court is Plaintiff CogniPower LLC’s (“CogniPower”) Motion for Leave to Amend Infringement Contentions (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 58.) Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively, “Samsung”) oppose the Motion. (See generally Dkt. No. 65.) Having considered the briefing and corresponding arguments, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be GRANTED. I.
