Before the Court is the Motion to Transfer Venue to the District of Idaho Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) filed by Defendants Micron Technology, Inc., Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc., and Micron Technology Texas, LLC. Dkt. No. 30. For the reasons discussed below, the Motion is DENIED. I. BACKGROUND On January 23, 2023, Plaintiff BeSang, Inc. filed the instant suit. Dkt. No. 1. Plaintiff alleges that Micron infringes U.S. Pat. No. 7,378,702. Id. at 4. Defendants filed the instant Motion to Transfer on May 31, 2023. Dkt. No. 30.
