Before the Court is Plaintiff Network System Technologies, LLC’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Alternate Service On Defendants Volkswagen AG and Audi AG (Docket No. 15). Defendants Texas Instruments Incorporated and Ford Motor Company have not taken a position on the motion. Docket No. 15 at 7. Having considered the Motion, and for the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff’s motion (Docket No. 15) is hereby DENIED without prejudice. BACKGROUND Plaintiff filed its complaint on December 19, 2022, alleging infringement of six patents-in- suit. Docket. No. 1 at 1.
