Before the Court, defendant KLX Energy Services moves to dismiss the instant suit for improper venue, to transfer the action to the Southern District of Texas (“SDTX”), and to dismiss claims of false advertisement. Dkt. No. 8. Plaintiff Safoco, Inc. filed a response, Dkt. No. 15, to which KLX filed a reply, Dkt. No. 17. For the following reasons, the motion should be DENIED. I.
