Before the Court is Defendant Monitronics International, Inc. d/b/a Brinks Home ’s (“Brinks Home”) Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue (“Motion”). Dkt. No. 8. For the following reasons, the Motion (Dkt. No. 8) should be DENIED. I.
