Before the Court is Plaintiff Element Capital Commercial Company Pte. Ltd (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Leave to Effect Service by Alternative Means (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 9). Having considered the Motion and the applicable law, and for the reasons set forth herein, the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. I.
