Before the Court, Ford Motor Company moves to stay the case pending resolution of the declaratory judgment action filed by Robert Bosch, LLC (“Bosch”) against Westport Fuel Systems Canada, Inc. in the Eastern District of Virginia.1 Dkt. No. 30. Having considered the motion, it is granted and this case is hereby STAYED. I.
