Before the Court is Plaintiff Godo Kaisha IP Bridge 1’s (“IP Bridge” or “Plaintiff”) Motion to Strike Nokia ’s Affirmative Defenses (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 3 5). Having considered the Motion, the related briefing, and the applicable law, the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED-IN-PART and DENIED-IN-PART. I.
