Before the Court is Defendant The Hillman Group, Inc.’s (“Hillman”) Motion to Dismiss Counts VI and VII of Plaintiff’s Complaint, to Strike Certain Superfluous Allegations, and for a More Definite Statement (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 21). Having considered the Motion and the subsequent briefing, and for the reasons set forth below, the Court finds that the Motion should be DENIED in all respects. I.
