Before the Court is Defendant Juniper Networks, Inc.’s (“Juniper”) Motion to Transfer Venue to the Northern District of California (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 16). Having considered the Motion, the subsequent briefing, and for the reasons set forth herein, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be DENIED. I.
