Before the Court is the Motion for a Finding That This is an “Exceptional Case” Under 35 U.S.C. § 285 and Attorneys’ Fees (the “Motion”) filed by Plaintiff The Chamberlain Group LLC (“Plaintiff” or “Chamberlain”). (Dkt. No. 620.) Having considered the Motion, and for the reasons stated herein, the Court finds that it should be GRANTED-IN-PART. I.
