B efore the Court is the Opening Claim Construction Brief (Dkt. No. 64) filed by Plaintiff Gesture Technology Partners , LLC (“Plaintiff” or “ GTP”). Also before the Court is the Responsive Claim Construction Brief (Dkt. No. 70) filed by Defendants Huawei Device Co., Ltd., Huawei Device USA, Inc. (collectively, “ Huawei”), Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively, “Samsung”) (all, collectively, “Defendants”) as well as Plaintiff’s reply (Dkt. No. 72). The Court held a hearing on September 21, 2021.
