Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Estech Systems, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 69 ),1 the response of BURNCO Texas LLC, BURNCO Rock Products Ltd., Burrow Global LLC, Hancock Whitney Bank, and Hancock W hitney Corporation , (collectively “Defendants”) (Dkt.
