Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Neodron Ltd. (“Plaintiff”) ( Dkt. No. 61, filed on May 6, 2021),1 the response of Fujitsu America, Inc. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 63, filed on May 20, 2021), and Plaintiff’s reply (Dkt. No. 66, filed on May 27, 2021). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on June 17, 2021. Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing, the Court issues this Order.
