Before the Court are the Opening Claim Construction Brief (Dkt. No. 61) filed by Plaintiff Oyster Optics, LLC (“Plaintiff” or “Oyster”), the Responsive Claim Construction Brief (Dkt. No. 62) filed by Defendant Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Defendant” or “Cisco”), and Plaintiff’s Reply (Dkt. No. 63). On April 23, 2021, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of disputed terms in U.S. Pat. Nos. 6,665,500, 8,913,898, and 10,205,516.
