Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Neodron Ltd. (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 50, filed on March 9, 2021),1 the response of Texas Instruments Inc. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 53, filed on March 23, 2021), and Plaintiff’s reply (Dkt. No. 54, filed on March 30, 2021). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on April 20, 2021. Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing, the Court issues this Order.
