Before the Court are two motions: • Motion for Leave to Amend T heir Invalidity Contentions ( “Motion to Amend Invalidity Contentions”), filed by Defendants Target Corporation, PlainsCapital Bank, BOKF, National Association, BBVA USA, Wells Fargo & Company, and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (collectively, the “Defendants”). Dkt. No. 137. Defendants move the Court to grant leave 2 to supplement its invalidity contentions. Id . at 2 1. The Motion to Amend Invalidity Contentions is GRANTED-IN-PART and DENIED-IN-PART.
