Before the Court is Defendant Google LLC’s (“Google”) Motion to Set Trial Schedules (the “Motion”). (Case No. 2:19-cv-361, Dkt. No. 277). On May 2, 2022, the Court held a hearing on the Motion as well as three other motions. Having considered the Motion, the parties’ briefing, and their oral arguments, the Court DENIED the Motion at the hearing. (Case No. 2:19-cv-359, Dkt. No. 134 at 113:4–6).
