Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Plaintiff Acorn Semi, LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 65, filed on August 21, 2010), 1 the response of Defendants Samsung Electronics C o., L td., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC (collectively , the “Defendants”) ( Dkt. No. 69, filed on September 4, 2020), and Plaintiff’s reply (Dkt. No. 71, filed on September 11, 2020). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on October 5, 2020.
