Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Greenthread, LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 46, filed on February 19, 2020 ),1 the response of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Semiconductor Inc., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and S amsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC (collectively “Defendants”) ( Dkt. No. 50, filed on March 4, 2020 ), and Plaintiff’s reply (Dkt. No. 52, filed on March 11, 2020). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on April 2, 2020.
