Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of UNILOC 2017 LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 33), the response of Verizon Communications Inc., Cellco Partnership Inc. d/b/a Verizon Wireless, Verizon Business Netwo rk Services Inc. and Verizon Digital Media Services Inc. (collectively “Defendants”) (Dkt. No. 37), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 38). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on February 7, 2020.
