Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Uniloc 2017 LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 42, filed on November 5, 2019 ),1 the response of Samsung Electronics America, Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (collectively “Defendants”) (Dkt. No. 47, filed on November 19, 2019 ), and Plaintiff’s reply ( Dkt. No. 48, filed on November 26, 2019 ). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on December 19, 2019.
