On January 9 , 20 20, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of disputed claim terms in United States Patents No. 6,349,154 (Civil Action No. 2:18-CV-496) and 8,949,954 (Civil Action No. 2:18-CV-504). Having reviewed the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in their claim construction brief ing (Dkt. Nos. 142, 150 & 152), 1 having considered the intrinsic evidence, and having made subsidiary factual findings about the extrinsic evidence, the Court hereby issues this Claim Construction Memorandum and Order.
