On January 6, 2020, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construct ion of the disputed claim terms in United States Patent Nos. 6,952,450 (“the ’450 Patent”). Having reviewed the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in their claim const ruction briefing (Dkt .
