Before the Court is Defendants T-Mobile USA, Inc.’s, T-Mobile US, Inc.’s (“T-Mobile”), Ericsson Inc.’s, and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson’s (“Ericsson”) (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment That Assert ed Claims Reciting the Indefinite “Optimize” Term Are Invalid as Indefinite (Dkt. No. 155) (“the Motion”). After considering the briefing and evidence, the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. I.
