Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Inland Diamond Products Co. (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 49, filed on February 12, 2018 ),1 the response of Hoya Optical Labs of America, Inc. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 51, filed on February 26, 2018), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 53, filed on March 5, 2018). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction on March 26, 2018 (Dkt. No. 56). Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing, the Court issues this Order.
