Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of MyMail, Ltd. (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 95, filed on July 5, 2017),1 the response of Yahoo Holdings, Inc. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 111, filed on July 26, 2017), and the reply of Plaint iff (Dkt. No. 116, filed on August 7, 2017). The Court held a hearing on the issu es of claim construction and cl aim definiteness on August 30, 2017. Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing, the Court issues this Order.
