ON CLAIM CONSTRUCTION On May 23, 2017, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of disputed claim terms in United States Pate nts No. 7,010,330 and 9,331,728. Having re- viewed the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in their claim construction briefing [Dkt. # 63, 69 & 71],1 having considered the intrinsic evidence, and having made subsidiary factual findings about the extrinsic evidence, the Court issues this Claim Con- struction Memorandum and Order.
