Before the Court is Defendants DISH Network Corporation and DISH Network L.L.C.’s (collectively, “Defendants” or “DISH”) Motion to Declare the Case Exceptional Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285 and Supporting Brief (the “Motion”).
