Before the Court is Defendants DISH Network Corporation and DISH Network L.L.C.’s (collectively, “Defendants” or “DISH”) Motion to Declare the Case Exceptional Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285 and Supporting Brief (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 215). Having considered the briefing, case record, and relevant authorities, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be DENIED for the reasons set forth herein. I. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND On February 10, 2016, Plaintiff Customedia Technologies, L.L.C.
