Before the Court are the Alibaba, Nimbus, and eBay defendants’ motions to dismiss , or alternatively, to transfer the patent infringement actions filed by Plaintiff Global Equity Management (SA) Pty. Ltd. (“GEMSA”) to the Northern District of California.1 The Court held a hearing on March 13, 2017.
