On March 17, 2017, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of the disputed claim terms in United States Patent Nos. 8,625,527 (“the ’527 Patent”), 9,060,268 (“the ’268 Patent”), and 9,241,261 (“the ’261 Patent”) (collectively “the Asserted Patents”). The Court has considered the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in their claim construction briefs. Dkt.
