Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Prostrakan, Inc. and Strakan, International S. á.r.l. (“Plaintiffs”) (Dkt. No. 50, filed on May 4, 2017), 1 the responsive claim construction brief of Actavis Laboratories UT, Inc. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. 53, filed May 18, 2017), and the reply of Plaintiffs (Dkt. No. 57, filed May 25, 2017). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on June 22, 2017.
