Before the Court is Defendant Global Geophysical Services, Inc.’s (“Global”) Motion to Transfer Venue (Dkt. No. 11, “Mot.”). Having considered the same, and for the following reasons, Defendant’s Motion is DENIED. BACKGROUND Global is a Houston, Texas company that provides an integrated suite of seismic data solutions to the oil and gas industry.
