On February 8, 2017, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of the disputed claim terms in United States Patent No s. 9,026,668 (“the ’668 Patent”) and 9,386,356 (“the ’356 Patent”) (collectively “the Asserted Patents). The Court has considered the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in their claim construction briefs.
