Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of NAV -TV, Corp. (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 56, filed on June 27, 2016), 1 the response of Audionics System, Inc. d/b/a Crux Interfacing Solutions (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 58, filed on July 11, 2016), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 59, filed on July 18, 2016). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on July 28, 2016. Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing, the Court issues this Order.
