Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Max Blu Technologies, LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 88 , filed on May 17, 2016), 1 the response of Cinedigm Corp. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 93, filed on June 2, 2016 ), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt. N o. 93, filed on June 10, 2016). The Court held a claim construction hearing on June 28, 2016. Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing, the Court issues this Order.
