Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue filed by d efendants Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon.com, LLC (collectively “Amazon”). Dkt. No. 73. Also before the Court are motions to dismiss the plaintiff’s claims of indirect and willful infringement filed by defendants Amazon; Best Buy Stores, L.P. (“Best Buy”); and Time Warner Cable Enterprises LLC (“Time Warner”). Dkt. Nos. 73 and 74; Case No. 2:15- cv-1033, Dkt. No. 11. Each of the motions is DENIED. I.
