On June 23, 2016, the Court held a hearing to address the proper construction of the disputed terms of the three pate nts at issue in this case, U. S. Patent Nos. 6,542,078 (“the ’078 patent”), 6,828,909 (“the ’909 patent”), and 7,113, 091 (“the ’091 patent”). After considering the arguments made by the parties at the hearin g and in their claim c onstruction briefing (Dkt. Nos. 134, 137, and 138), the Court issues this orde r setting forth the Court’s construction of the claim terms identified by the parties.
