This patent infringement case is befo re the Court on the Motion to Transfer Venue [Doc. # 17], filed by Defendant Ener gizer Holdings, Inc. (“EHI”), seeking transfer of this lawsuit to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, located in Cleveland, Ohio.
