Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Effective Exploration, LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 44, filed on June 19, 2015), 1 the response of Aruba Petroleum, Inc. and Comstock Oil & Gas, L.P. (“Defendants”) (Dkt. No. 46, filed on July 6, 2015), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 51, filed on July 13, 2015). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on July 31, 2015.
