This Memorandum Opinion construes the disputed claim terms in United States Patent Numbers 5,835,498, 7,143,328, 7,295,578, and 7,599,439. Also before the Court is Defendant Dell, Inc.’s (“Dell”) Motion to Strike Plaintiff Nexus Display Technologies, LLC’s Untimely Expert Declaration in Support of Its Claim Construction Brief (Docket No. 128) and Dell and Defendant Lenovo (United States) Inc. ’s Opposed Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Briefing (Docket No. 160) . On June 24, 2015, the parties presented arguments on the disputed claim terms.
