On August 5, 2015, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of disputed claim terms in United States Patents No. 6,130,877; 6,578,086; 6,697,325; 7,664,123; and 8,607,323. After considering the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in the parties’ claim construction brief ing (Dkt. No s. 69, 72, and 73), 1 the Court issues this Claim Construction Memorandum and Order.
