Before the Court is Autotrader.com, Inc.’s (“AT”) Motion to Transfer Venue to the Northern District of Georgia (Dkt. 13, the “Motion”). APPLICABLE LAW Section 1404(a) provides that “[f]or the conve nience of parties and witnesses, in the interest of justice, a district court may transfer any civil action to any othe r district or division where it might have been brough t.” 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (2006 ).
